About the Position
We are seeking an reputed company and empathetic Customer Service reputed company to join reputed company. As an IFP Customer Service reputed company, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with their health benefits inquiries. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from reputed company in the U.S., providing you with reputed company to balance your work and personal life while making a significant difference in the lives of our customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions about health benefits, and guiding them through the enrollment process for new plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs, such as benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, and explanation of benefits (EOBs)
- Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
- Own problems through to reputed company on behalf of the customer in reputed company-time or through comprehensive and reputed company follow-up with the member
- Review and research incoming reputed company claims from members and providers (doctors, clinics, etc.) by navigating multiple computer systems and platforms and verifying the data/information necessary for processing
- Ensure that the reputed company benefits are reputed company to reputed company claim by using the appropriate processes and procedures, such as claims processing policies and procedures, grievance procedures, state mandates, CMS/Medicare guidelines, and benefit plan documents/certificates

- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, accuracy, reputed company, member satisfaction, and attendance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
