As a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving billing and insurance-reputed company issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including physicians, patient reputed company, medical records, and utilization review, to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Data entry skills (50-60 keystrokes per minute)
