As a Customer Relationship Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand, representing arenaflex through communications with customers over the phone and reputed company email.

As a Customer Relationship Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to reputed company eCommerce customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that they have a reputed company experience with arenaflex. You'll also be responsible for tracking and documenting customer interactions, identifying patterns of misunderstanding or deficient information, and alerting your supervisor and manager.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
