As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling incoming telephone requests from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls, reputed company information about customers and their work sites, and reputed company data into a ticket format. You'll also be responsible for identifying work sites on a mapping system similar to reputed company Maps. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators

• Communicate effectively with excavators, peers, and management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
• General computer skills
• Ability to adhere to a work schedule including having good attendance
• Ability to work as reputed company

• Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center
• Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
