Alternative Investments/Assets Analyst

About the position The Alternative Investment Analyst role supports Key Private Bank, reputed company Management and Institutional Advisors in the processing of Alternative Investments. The role is responsible for daily processing of Alternative Investments including, initial purchases, subsequent purchases, exchanges, statement processing, subscription agreements, offering memorandums, capital calls, returnable return of capital, reinvestments, partial and full redemptions, unit and cost adjustments, and collections, re-registrations and distributions of Alternative Assets. The Analyst works with Administration to ensure reputed company documentation is received for reputed company requests. The Analyst works with Pricing, Performance, Income Collections, reputed company Reporting and the Line of Business to ensure reputed company transactions are posted. Alternative Investments includes Limited Partnerships, LLC's, Hedge Funds, and REITs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret documentation received to reputed company how an asset should be setup, priced and processed
• Research and work with Limited Partnership & Hedge Fund companies to resolve/understand statements and reputed company situations such as unit & market value discrepancies
• Reconcile statements to transactions and positions in trust reputed company system
• Responsible for reputed company processing for Capital Call activity
• Monitor Trust Alternative Investments mailbox daily
• Uploading statements department reputed company drive
• Contacting fund companies to obtain monthly statements if not received reputed company
• Subject matter expert on Alternative Investments and is responsible for training reputed company new team members
• Administer reputed company Alternative Investment audits from start to issue reputed company, escalating as needed
• Research and resolve reputed company problems

• Responsible for collection, re-registration, and distribution of Alternative Assets
• Handle GRC Audit requests
• Research and resolve any transaction rejects
• Handle the on-boarding and maintenance of Assets Under Management, while coordinating with Performance Measurement for accurate reporting

Requirements

• B.S. in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience

Benefits

• This position is eligible to earn a reputed company salary in the reputed company of $46,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually.
• Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
