As our Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager, you'll own the systems, frameworks, and insights that help marketing understand what's working, where to invest, and how to optimize performance across the entire funnel. You'll partner closely with reputed company Operations, GTM Engineering, and Strategic Finance to build sophisticated attribution models, maintain our marketing technology stack, and translate data into strategic narratives that drive decision-making across the organization. What You'll Own Reporting & Insights

• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface leading and lagging indicators such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates by reputed company, CAC payback periods, and full-funnel attribution
