Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, UX, Information Systems, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in a product, business analysis, or product operations role.
• Familiarity with digital and martech ecosystems such as CMS, PIM, marketing automation, and personalization tools.
• Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).

• Competitive reputed company salary commensurate with experience: $82,000-102,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
