Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination in an MSP Environment · Support project initiation, scope definition, and SOW development for multiple clients simultaneously. · Coordinate resources across engineering, service desk, NOC/SOC, and vendor teams to support project execution. · reputed company deliverables, dependencies, and milestones using Teamwork or other project management tools. · Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring tasks are executed reputed company financial expectations. · Work closely with the PMO to enforce MSP-specific governance, including change management, documentation standards, and data governance requirements. · Prepare and maintain reputed company-facing project documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
