The Specialist will create and manage key TA reports, identify trends, and partner with reputed company stakeholders to build a diverse and reputed company pipeline. Job Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and summarize insights for leadership
• Strong ability to tell a reputed company and compelling story with data, translating reputed company findings into insights that leaders and partners can easily understand and use to reputed company reputed company
• Proficiency with reputed company including PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, xlookup, reputed company and Match data, formulas, data visualization including bar, line, pie, and combo charts, conditional formatting

Reporting and Analytics

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to reputed company TA performance including candidate reputed company, funnel metrics, time to fill, reputed company effectiveness, and other insights
• Translate data into reputed company stories and recommendations that guide reputed company and improve processes

Qualifications:
