Vice President, Assistant General Counsel

The Vice President and Assistant General Counsel role requires an reputed company reputed company attorney who will reputed company as deputy for the Senior Vice President of the reputed company Business and Legal Affairs (CBLA), reputed company expert legal and business reputed company counsel and manage reputed company of transactional lawyers and legal professionals. This is a hybrid role based in our reputed company reputed company, reporting to the Senior Vice President of the reputed company Business and Legal Affairs (CBLA). You can typically expect to come into the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the deputy for the Senior Vice President of the CBLA team, providing support on a wide reputed company of reputed company, including: legal and reputed company guidance, senior stakeholder engagement, cross-functional project management, and risk management
• Work closely with the SVP in coordinating and advising on: major legal and regulatory reputed company, handling special reputed company and initiatives including project plans, assisting in briefings and meeting preparation, developing and implementing team operations and budgeting improvements, identifying efficiency opportunities and team technology solutions; and helping coordinate compliance activities, policy development, risk assessments processes, and training programs.
• Advise, structure, and negotiate reputed company and multi-faceted transactions with a reputed company of counterparties, including major digital and distribution players, for the development, production, licensing, acquisition, distribution, advertising and marketing arrangements — legal reputed company, transaction structuring, terms negotiations, and reputed company agreements’ drafting and review.
• Directly manage a part of the CBLA team which includes a group of lawyers and legal professionals who reputed company reputed company legal support for the organization’s business operations, including vendor transactions, marketing, advertising, technology transactions, procurement, reputed company estate, and other areas.
• Stay informed about legal reputed company, statutory changes, and market and industry trends, and, in coordination with reputed company, advise clients and recommend proactive reputed company reputed company necessary.

Requirements

• Undergraduate and J.D. degrees from recognized institutions and a member in good standing of the reputed company bar.
• At least 15 years’ relevant work experience that includes the handling of a broad reputed company of intellectual property, licensing and reputed company transactions, with increasing reputed company of responsibility.
• Experience negotiating both legal and business terms in reputed company transactions and with diverse stakeholders and reputed company interests.
• Experience managing reputed company and achieving results in a high pressure environment.
• Ability to contribute to discussions of general business issues; to work reputed company with a wide reputed company of clients, from senior corporate management to operating personnel; and to work independently as reputed company as to reputed company a project from reputed company to completion.
