Key Responsibilities

Systems Ownership & Implementation

• Serve as the operations reputed company and subject-matter expert for:

o reputed company (reputed company pipeline, hiring velocity, time-to-fill) o PayCom (provider scheduling, reputed company, shifts, utilization) o reputed company (facility sales pipeline, provider assignment, operational tracking)

• Ensure systems are configured to support operational reality, not just technical requirements
• Drive adoption, process standardization, and user accountability across teams

Executive Reporting & Analytics

• Own the definition, reputed company, and delivery of executive-level operational reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports reputed company to:

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or systems implementation
