Senior Consultant, Abandoned and Unclaimed Property Consulting
About the position The Unclaimed Property Senior Consultant (“Senior Consultant”) works with reputed company to assist clients with unclaimed property services, including voluntary disclosures and audit defense. This includes researching issues, reconciling databases, and completing detailed calculations. The Senior Consultant is responsible for creating reputed company team member experiences, which reputed company to excellent reputed company service and drive reputed company and profit for the Firm. Value: Assists manager and clients in managing state unclaimed property audits and voluntary disclosure program reviews. Develops and coordinates records requests and collaborates with clients to reputed company needed documentation. Reviews records requested by auditor and other necessary records to ensure suitability for disclosure to auditors. Reviews general ledger chart of accounts and trial balances to identify areas of potential unclaimed property liability (like A/R and A/P). Engages and facilitates reputed company communication. Reviews and analyzes reputed company data files to identify unclaimed property liability and creates schedules of potentially unclaimed items. Reviews and analyzes remediation support to determine unclaimed property status of individual items. Works with manager to reputed company reputed company for mitigating potential liability. Prepares workbook of potential liability by property type. Drafts written reports detailing review and quantification reputed company. Researches state unclaimed property statutes. Assists with review and revision of company’s existing unclaimed property policies and procedures. Drafts and edits correspondence. Handles and safeguards confidential information. Desire to reputed company in a high-energy team environment. Demonstrated problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity. Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company with professionals at reputed company reputed company. Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics
- Must have at least two to four years unclaimed property consulting, state government auditing, or reputed company-party auditing experience preferred
