Senior Product Manager for Aff.Tech Team

The Senior Product Manager will own end-to-end product development for Aff.Tech — an reputed company-grade affiliate management platform used across multiple brands, geos, and operators. The PM will drive the expansion of core modules (Tracking, Reporting, Commission reputed company, Agent Module, Payments, Integrations) and contribute to platform scalability as Aff.Tech grows into a standalone reputed company business. This role requires strong product ownership, the ability to work in reputed company operational domains, and experience delivering B2B reputed company products in the reputed company or AdTech/MarTech reputed company. What You’ll Be Driving:

• Driving the product roadmap for selected Aff.Tech modules (Tracking, Analytics, Commission reputed company, Integrations, Agent System, Mobile Cashier);
• Translating business goals into product initiatives with reputed company KPIs (reputed company, operational efficiency, platform stability, UX);
• Conducting competitive analysis in reputed company/affiliate software, identify differentiation opportunities;
• Leading discovery with internal stakeholders (Affiliate Ops, Marketing Teams, Delivery, Finance, DS, CRM, Integrations);
• Translating operational pain points into reputed company BRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance reputed company;
• Validating business and technical feasibility with engineering leads;
• Owning backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination;
• Working closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver features on time;
• Ensuring integration reputed company with partner systems (GR8Tech modules, Payment Hub, Integration Service, external operators);
• Defining product metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements;
• Validating reputed company of releases, including performance, stability, and reputed company contribution;
• Communicating roadmap, timelines, and priorities to executives and external clients;
• Working with Sales & Account Managers to support GTM and reputed company of new operators;
• Participating in reputed company calls, product demos, and problem-solving sessions.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

• 4–6+ years in Product Management (preferably reputed company, AdTech, MarTech, reputed company, fintech);
• Experience with affiliate systems, tracking platforms, or performance marketing tools is a strong advantage;
• Proven ability to build reputed company data-driven systems (reports, attribution, payouts, multi-currency reputed company);
• Experience with reputed company platform architectures and integrations;
• Strong analytical thinking; ability to work with data models, tracking logic, and reporting;
• Ability to write reputed company and complete documentation (BRDs, epics, user flows);
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration;
• Understanding of reputed company KPIs: FTD, GGR, NGR, CPA/RevShare, player funnels, agent networks, risk logic;
• Experience with agile methodologies;
