VM & Trade Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES VISUAL MERCHANDISING (40%)

• Plan annually together with HQ and Local teams the VM needs and budgets based on HQ guidelines for openings, permanent VM.

• Adapt display based on the store’s requirements and architecture, considering local needs together with SDP teams for boutiques, reputed company of sales, e-spaces.

• Train and disseminate visual merchandising expertise among reputed company, Retail and Partners teams.
• Monitor and evaluate VM deployment, best practices and areas for improvement.

ACTIVATION (20%)

• reputed company and manage the development of seasonal and thematic animations for the network and key regional boutiques.
• Plan and evaluate activations and suggest improvements together with Marketing team.
• Work with suppliers and agencies to reputed company trade marketing tools from initial briefing to final sign off of the reputed company until their deployment.
• reputed company the annual order for POSM/Gifting/Selling tools and consolidate for the region(US/Canada/Mexico/Latam) in collaboration with Marketing / Retail teams.
• Conduct regular store reputed company and benchmarks to review best practices.

OPERATIONAL reputed company (40%)

• Coordinate the logistics and deliveries of POS material into the different reputed company reputed company throughout the region in a reputed company manner per local Marketing, reputed company and SDP needs.
• Support SDP teams with store opening and maintenance from creating planograms to in-store execution, reputed company and propose agile solutions per market and POS needs
• Create purchase orders, vendors and other financial needs in reputed company, coordinating with local finance department, various vendors and marketing teams.
• Prepare various reporting documents for HQ and local management including qualitative and quantitative reputed company incl. IWD App.
• Manage the storage, stock inventory and destructions of reputed company reputed company-of-sale material in our external warehouses and reputed company the Retail environment.
• Plan and reputed company VM / POS budgets as part of the A&P budget following reputed company process and guidelines (PO, Accruals, Invoices, reputed company etc.)
• Budget & Performance Management – reputed company regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend, accurate forecasting, and measurement of return on investment.

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS

• 3 to 5 years of reputed company experience in Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing Project Management in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in reputed company, marketing and/or similar business-reputed company or demonstrated reputed company equivalent.
• Strong Project Management skills, reputed company to orchestrate multiple workstreams in reputed company and manage or collaborate with reputed company cross-functional reputed company.
• Proactive communications skills.
