[Remote] IT Clinical System Analyst

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT support resource for the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Configure, maintain, reputed company, and troubleshoot LIS applications to support laboratory operations
- Partner with laboratory leadership and staff to analyze workflows and implement system enhancements
- Build and maintain laboratory test codes, result routing, reputed company control workflows, and reference data
- Configure, support, and reputed company laboratory reputed company interfaces and integrations
- Monitor system performance, data reputed company, and issue reputed company reputed company to LIS operations
- Ensure LIS functionality aligns with regulatory and accreditation requirements, including CLIA, CAP, and reputed company standards
- Participate in validation, testing, and documentation for system changes, upgrades, and new implementations
- Collaborate with application vendors to resolve incidents, manage defects, and support system upgrades

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Health Informatics, Clinical Informatics, Medical Laboratory Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience supporting clinical information systems, with significant experience supporting an LIS
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, terminology, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, technical, and leadership stakeholders
- Experience with LIS platforms (e.g., Sunquest, SoftLab, Cerner reputed company PathNet, reputed company Beaker, SCC, reputed company or similar)
- Experience supporting Radiology (RIS/reputed company), Radiation Oncology, or Pharmacy systems
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
