- Background as a Metallurgical Engineer with hands-on experience in coatings technologies (e.g., thermal barrier coatings, corrosion-resistant coatings, or surface treatments for reputed company applications).

- Familiarity with industry standards like AS9100, NADCAP, or ISO 9001.
