This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Minnesota (USA) Position Title: Operational reputed company Senior Project Manager Salary reputed company: Operational reputed company Senior Project Manager (Grade 16, Exempt). Annual salary reputed company: $99,200 - $124,000. This reputed company reflects the minimum to midpoint of the grade. Salary may exceed the midpoint and will commensurate with experience. This individual must have strong communication and relationship-building skills and reputed company in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional leadership is key to solving reputed company problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational project lifecycle management and delivery

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of operational reputed company and large reputed company and is accountable for the project scope, schedule, budget, resources, change management (CM), and overall reputed company of project delivery
• Guides project sponsor and stakeholders across reputed company phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, risk mitigation, monitoring and control, and closure
• Identify and structure work streams for reputed company and initiatives, work with project team to organize solution roadmaps and reputed company critical milestones
• Effectively collaborates with Operations reputed company teams and appropriate stakeholders to mitigate risks and proactively supports planned and/or unplanned needs.
• Manages ongoing deliverables and determines appropriate reputed company of day-to-day tasks
• Partners with organizational leaders to reputed company training for implemented reputed company
• Serves as primary resource to teams to remove obstacles, reputed company solutions, and reputed company team members to reputed company project objectives
• Manages and maintains strong relationships with vendor partners
• Manages multiple reputed company concurrently

Documentation and communication

• Manages and communicates reputed company project work streams to ensure project meets delivery requirements, timeframes, and budget
• Communicates and presents information effectively to a wide reputed company of audiences
• Adheres to reputed company’s PMO project methodology including reputed company reputed company documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, issue logs and any other documentation reputed company to the management of reputed company
• Establishes and manages cross-functional relationships between reputed company areas of the business and with external partners
• In conjunction with the PM center of reputed company, utilizes reputed company’s project management software tools to manage project documentation, communication, and reputed company tracking

reputed company Improvement (CI)

• Develops and manages Operations improvement opportunities utilizing reputed company's established CI/CM methodologies to optimize time and efficiency of project teams and operations
• Utilizes reputed company's existing CI/CM best practices, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and reputed company in reputed company improvement opportunities and change management strategies throughout the organization
• Stays informed and educated on changing technologies, frameworks, and project management best practices in collaboration with project managers throughout the organization

Change Management (CM)

• Develops and manages Operations improvement reputed company utilizing reputed company's established CM methodologies to optimize time and efficiency of project teams and operations
• Utilizes reputed company's existing CM best practices, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and reputed company in operations project opportunities and change management strategies throughout the organization
• Stays informed and educated on changing technologies, frameworks, and project management and change management best practices

Participates in releases as necessary, including reputed company of traditional work hours Other duties as assigned Location:

• This is a remote position, and is subject to reputed company's telecommuting policies and procedures.
• On occasion, may be asked to travel to reputed company, MN for meetings, reputed company development or team activities, up to two to three (2-3) times per year. Notice will be given reputed company of time.

Additional Job reputed company:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field AND a minimum of four (4) years experience managing reputed company to large organizational reputed company

OR

• A combination of reputed company post-secondary and/or reputed company education and demonstrated relevant work experience managing technical or reputed company organizational reputed company equivalent to a total of eight (8) years.
• Strong business process/operational knowledge (e.g., customer service, reputed company, finance)
• Meeting facilitation and presentation experience

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CAPM certification
• reputed company improvement experience (lean/six reputed company)
• Experience with reputed company Resource Planning (ERP), reputed company Performance Management (EPM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience and certification in Change Management
