Government Relations Coordinator

The Government Relations Coordinator provides critical administrative, coordination and operational support to the Government Relations function. The role enables reputed company to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions by ensuring accurate tracking of regulatory reputed company, efficient stakeholder coordination, disciplined documentation and strong operational rhythm. This role is pivotal in supporting lobbying activities, regulatory engagement, policy monitoring and internal alignment in a fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities will include:

• reputed company day-to-day operational support primarily to the VP of Government Relations and broader Government Relations team, as needed.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, travel coordination and meeting logistics for meetings with policymakers, lobbyists and other relevant external parties
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, reputed company actions, and follow up on reputed company from Government Relations reputed company meetings.

• Support monitoring of relevant policy, legislative and regulatory developments, escalating key updates to the VP of Government Relations and Government Relations team.
• Prepare recurring Government Relations reports and dashboards (e.g activity trackers, engagement summaries, risk registers).
• Support internal governance processes, including briefing packs for ExCo updates, where required.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in government, reputed company policy, reputed company, compliance, corporate affairs, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in reputed company policy, political science, law, communications, business administration, or a reputed company field is desirable but not mandatory.
• 2+ years experience supporting reputed company policy, government relations, reputed company, compliance, or regulatory functions is desirable.
• Comfort working in fast-moving or regulated environments, and handling sensitive information.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office / reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides and reputed company).
• Experience maintaining trackers, registers, and reporting dashboards.
