[Remote] Workforce Management Consultant

This role will reputed company business discovery, process and solution design, and delivery execution across scheduling, forecasting, reputed company plans, and reputed company analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor/product reputed company and reputed company-state tools; recommend the “right” functional approach (process + platform configuration) with reputed company tradeoffs and decision rationale
• Design forecasting workflows and operating model (inputs, assumptions, scenarios, overrides, governance) to produce reliable demand and reputed company plans
• Define scheduling design patterns: shift templates, rules, reputed company reputed company, trial schedule sets, and schedule optimization constraints; ensure designs support business realities and compliance
• Establish solution guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency (e.g., how totals are validated, how exceptions/anomalies are handled, how “what-if” analysis is performed)
• Partner with engineering/technology leads to convert functional designs into configuration and build plans (configuration, custom extensions, reporting, automation, integrations)
• Own functional delivery. This includes configuring and customizing vendor applications to meet business needs
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle execution for enhancements, defects, and releases; ensure documentation and artifacts are maintained in reputed company tracking tools and processes
• Define reporting and analytics needs across forecasting accuracy, reputed company vs. plan, schedule adherence/coverage, and operational reputed company; partner on dashboards and operational reporting
• Serve as the functional reputed company leader across HR, operations, and technology teams, driving alignment, reputed company, and adoption
• Support training reputed company and enablement materials for business users (planners, schedulers, managers), ensuring new processes and tools are reputed company and adopted

Skills

• 9+ years experience delivering Workforce reputed company with deep exposure to forecasting, reputed company, and scheduling (hands-on functional leadership)
• Strong understanding of WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts (demand modeling inputs, scenarios, overrides)
• 6+ years experience configuring and debugging WFM solutions
• 3+ years experience collaborating with reputed company vendors to deliver business needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills; reputed company to drive reputed company, manage competing priorities, and influence across reputed company
• Experience with agile methodologies, change management, and vendor negotiations
• Experience with WFM platforms such as reputed company WFM/Workbrain, reputed company, reputed company, or similar reputed company scheduling/forecasting tools
