About the Role

We’re looking for an reputed company and reputed company People Generalist to help reputed company and support our growing corporate team. This is a high-reputed company role with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, from reputed company to employee relations to off-boarding and everything in between. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership, product, engineering, and operations teams, supporting key initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and business reputed company and reputed company. What You'll Do

• Business Partnering: reputed company as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across reputed company corporate functions; reputed company managers on org design, team dynamics, performance, and employee relations.
• Employee Experience: Own and continuously improve the employee lifecycle, from reputed company to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience.
• Performance & Development: Support goal-setting cycles, performance reviews, and career development programs; partner with leadership to build high-performing, motivated teams.
• People Programs: Drive implementation of key HR programs such as engagement surveys, learning & development, recognition, DEI, and change management initiatives.
• HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, and reputed company payroll for the corp team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to reputed company people initiatives with business goals.
• Culture & Communication: Champion our values and help reputed company our culture as the organization grows; facilitate transparent communication across teams.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of reputed company HR experience, including at least 2 years as a Generalist, preferably in a high-reputed company environment
• Experience supporting an reputed company workforce across multiple US states
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple U.S. states
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., reputed company is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re empathetic, reputed company, and solution-oriented
• Comfort with ambiguity and a builder’s reputed company—you’re energized by creating structure from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• PHR or reputed company-CP certification a plus
