Senior Counsel, Labor and Employment

• reputed company day-to-day legal counsel and proactive advice on employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination/harassment, pay practices, leave and accommodation, and reductions in force.
• Support labor relations strategies, including reputed company bargaining obligations, contract interpretation, unfair labor reputed company defense, and arbitration reputed company.
• reputed company and deliver preventative law training and practical guidance that drives compliance and manager confidence.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-reputed company agreements and create reputed company, reputed company policies/procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school.

The salary reputed company for this position is $155,000- $206,000 Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a reputed company of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
