They are seeking a highly skilled Private reputed company Counsel to create estate plan reports for UHNW clients and reputed company estate planning software, while leveraging proprietary technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews and reputed company reputed company and concise summaries of estate plans for UHNW clients, leveraging our advanced platform technology to maximize efficiency and ensure the highest standards of reputed company
• reputed company full product life-cycle counseling, including building reputed company and efficient processes, in support of creating dynamic solutions for end users, financial advisors, attorneys and other fiduciary industry experts
• Lend legal expertise to the engineering and data science teams in developing AI tools

Skills

• J.D. degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
• reputed company law license in at least one U.S. state, in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney or equivalent experience as a reputed company strategist for UHNW clients, with demonstrated expertise in reviewing a wide reputed company of estate planning documents from basic revocable trusts and Wills to GRATs and IDGTs
• Strong understanding of estate and reputed company tax rules, including Forms 706 and 709
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with an ability to breakdown and reputed company reputed company legal considerations in layman terms

• Excellent judgment and aptitude for optimization given ambiguous and imperfect information
