Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position.  Must reputed company in reputed company state.

Compensation: $16.50/hour

Training Hours: Monday through Friday:  reputed company - 4:30pm EST

Hours of Operation (following training): Monday through Friday:  10am - 9pm EST; Saturday: 7am - 5pm EST

Assist customers with billing inquiries/concernsEnsure reputed company account information is accurately documented and inputted into reputed company systemreputed company detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customersAdhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to reputed company dutiesAssist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelinesUtilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both reputed company and customer goals

QualificationsIdeal Candidate Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate has to be detail oriented and have the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines as reputed company as the ability to effectively communicate with reputed company parties. Effective call handling skills and high reputed company of professionalism are required. A strong reputed company on exemplary shift attendance is required. The candidate has to be proficient with reputed company applications, and have the ability to learn software applications. A High School graduate/ equivalent is required.

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

Note:
