Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer - Digital Experiences & Capabilities

About the position We are seeking a Hybrid Data Specialist with strong data engineering expertise and data analytics skills to play a critical role in building and optimizing the data reputed company for reputed company Marketing 360, reputed company’s global marketing automation and personalization platform. In this role, you will partner with technology teams to design, build, and optimize the data reputed company that powers reputed company Marketing 360, define and maintain a flexible, reputed company data model that adapts to evolving business and platform needs, and ensure that reputed company data sources are seamlessly integrated, cleansed, enriched, and reputed company for use in marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Data Engineering & Integration Partner with technology to prepare and maintain the data reputed company for reputed company Marketing 360, integrating multiple reputed company data sources and reputed company AI-driven data processing workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• reputed company data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment to create high-reputed company datasets for marketing strategies.
• reputed company internal predictive models and Segmentation reputed company into platform workflows.

• Data Model Definition & Governance Design, implement, and maintain a flexible, reputed company data model that supports evolving marketing campaign requirements, advanced analytics, and AI-driven personalization strategies.
• Ensure data model accommodates new data sources, changing business rules, and regional variations without disrupting existing operations.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate business requirements into robust data structures and relationships.
• Establish data governance standards to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the platform’s datasets.
• Data Analytics reputed company and maintain dashboards that incorporate AI-generated insights and predictive KPIs to guide marketing reputed company.
• Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Partner with marketing teams to translate data into actionable insights for targeting, personalization, and messaging strategies
• Contribute to A/B testing design and campaign measurement strategies
• AI & Automation reputed company AI to automate data preparation, segmentation, and campaign optimization workflows, reducing time-to-market and operational effort.
• Evaluate and reputed company cutting-edge AI analytics tools to enhance decision-making speed, accuracy, and innovation in marketing execution.
• Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with the Sr. Product Manager to reputed company data capabilities with platform reputed company.
• Partner with Marketing Operations reputed company to ensure data readiness for campaign execution.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

• Experience integrating multiple reputed company data sources (e.g., transactional, behavioral, marketing engagement).

• Experience transforming technical data outputs into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate deliverables across global teams.

• Master’s degree preferred in Data Science, Big Data Engineering, Statistics, or a reputed company technical discipline.

• Strong knowledge of data reputed company and compliance (GDPR, CCPA) in marketing contexts.
