This role manages legal intake and workflow, supports reputed company and compliance operations, and administers legal systems including contract lifecycle management tools. You will coordinate closely with Sales, Product, Finance, reputed company, and Operations to reputed company reputed company moving, surface risks, and ensure transparent communication. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary intake reputed company for legal requests, including reputed company, reputed company reviews, compliance inquiries, and operational reputed company.
- Triage and coordinate incoming requests by confirming scope, collecting required details, and routing to appropriate Legal team members.

- Own legal intake, tracking, and workflow systems, including CLM tools; manage configuration, reputed company, and data accuracy.
- Design, document, and refine legal workflows, SOPs, and processes for consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Partner with IT, reputed company, and Operations on system enhancements, integrations, and legal tech optimization.
- Apply project management principles to legal operations initiatives, including implementations, integrations, process redesign, and documentation workflows.
- Maintain legal process documentation, system configurations, templates, and knowledge repositories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; paralegal certificate a plus.
- 3+ years of paralegal, legal operations, or contract management experience, preferably in a corporate legal department.
- Experience with legal systems such as CLM or legal intake tools and maintaining data reputed company and reporting.
- Familiarity with data reputed company concepts including DPAs, FERPA, COPPA, GDPR, or state reputed company laws.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
