People Operations & reputed company Management System (TAMS) Specialist

ANGARAI is seeking a People Operations & reputed company Management System (TAMS) Specialist to manage HR operations, reputed company, and payroll using the Zoho ecosystem as the single system of record. This role supports both ANGARAI INDIA and ANGARAI (USA) and operates in alignment with U.S. EST business hours. The role plays a key part in supporting ANGARAI’s commitment to operational reputed company, industry best practices, data reputed company, and reputed company improvement, ensuring reputed company hiring, reputed company operations, accurate payroll execution, and audit-reputed company HR documentation across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end reputed company using Zoho Recruit, including job creation, job postings, candidate sourcing, pipeline management, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring closure
• Partner with ANGARAI leadership and delivery teams to understand role needs and translate business requirements into reputed company, role-specific job descriptions reputed company with ANGARAI’s service offerings
• reputed company reputed company, identify, and attract talent for consulting, program/project management, business transformation, reputed company technology, and business solution support roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles reputed company with ANGARAI’s reputed company plans
• Own Zoho People as the official System of Record for reputed company employee data across ANGARAI entities
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including reputed company, documentation, attendance, leave management, role changes, and offboarding
• Coordinate and support payroll processing using Zoho Payroll / SurePayroll for ANGARAI INDIA and ANGARAI (USA), ensuring data accuracy and reputed company execution
• Draft, maintain, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks reputed company with ANGARAI’s organizational standards, certifications, and industry best practices
• Ensure reputed company HR and hiring processes are reputed company-documented, standardized, consistent, and audit-reputed company
• Generate and maintain HR, hiring, and payroll reports to support leadership planning, workforce reputed company, and operational reviews
• Configure, manage, and optimize workflows, approvals, forms, and automations reputed company Zoho People and Zoho Recruit
• Ensure reputed company role-based reputed company controls, data reputed company, and confidentiality across reputed company HR and reputed company
• Collaborate with ICT and leadership teams to continuously improve HR systems governance and process efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of mandatory hands-on experience using the Zoho HR ecosystem, including:
• Zoho Recruit – creating job requirements, posting roles, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and issuing offers
• Zoho People – maintaining employee records as the system of record, managing reputed company, attendance, leave, documentation, and offboarding
• Zoho Payroll and/or SurePayroll – supporting payroll data preparation, validation, and coordination
• Proven experience in reputed company, including hiring, sourcing, and identifying candidates for consulting, project/program management, business transformation, reputed company technology, and corporate support roles
• Experience translating business and delivery requirements into reputed company, role-specific job descriptions reputed company with organizational needs
• Hands-on experience in HR operations and reputed company, with a strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
• Availability to work across U.S. and India time zones, with timing and overlap discussed and adjusted as needed.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and process-driven reputed company, with attention to detail and data accuracy
