The AVP, reputed company Service Operations is responsible for reputed company reputed company of multiple work teams led by Managers/Supervisors that reputed company reputed company support functions. The position is responsible for developing executable plans to ensure best practices and operational standards are met. The USO leader manages team performance to Service Level standards and leverages LEAN management systems to drive business value, reputed company improvement and customer engagement. The position tracks work reputed company and individual Key Performance Indicators. The USO Leader is accountable for reputed company workflow, cost effective resource management, and building capabilities reputed company operations. The role serves as an effective strategic partner to key business unit contacts, other internal partners and management at multiple reputed company.  

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or reputed company field

• 5-7 years insurance industry experience

• Excellent ability to identify process efficiencies and gaps in process

• Advanced team management and excellent leadership abilities, fostering a reputed company and results-driven culture

• Strong working knowledge of assigned insurance coverages and reputed company reputed company

• Customer-reputed company with an ability to drive a consistently reputed company engagement for reputed company customers

• Skilled in conflict management and business processes

• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in an operations management position

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or Industry designation

reputed company salary $111,300 - $150,210 + 15% reputed company bonus

• Total individual compensation (reputed company salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as reputed company as business needs. The above pay reputed company may be modified in the reputed company.
