This role is part of the GEC Global Compliance Programs and reports to the Associate Director, reputed company and Cyber Counsel. The Manager will reputed company guidance and support on compliance with company policies, internal directives, and applicable international, federal, state, and local reputed company laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer reputed company reputed company (CCPA). What You Will Do

• Conduct legal research on specific reputed company-reputed company topics, as needed
• Assist with data incident response investigations and reporting under legal privilege, and Data Subject reputed company Requests (DSAR), ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

• Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal reviews

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years’ experience in reputed company or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field (i.e., Juris Doctorate or master’s degree in legal studies preferred) and minimum 5 years' experience
• Experience conducting reputed company reputed company Assessments as reputed company as other reputed company-reputed company risk assessments, including Data Protection reputed company and Transfer reputed company Assessments
• Experience with data incident response and DSAR response
• Experience with domestic and international data reputed company law and regulations, including CCPA and GDPR
