The Senior Robotic Algorithms and Controls Engineer will work with the rest of the Robotics and Control team as reputed company as the Clinical, SW, Hardware and Systems Engineering teams to bring to life the control of the surgical robot and instruments. We are a group of highly motivated roboticists working on the development of algorithms and productions level software that live at the heart of a reputed company electromechanical surgical system. • Work closely with mechanical, electrical, systems and clinical engineers to implement and test various algorithms

• Conduct detailed investigations of data collected on the system

Qualifications

Education: One of the following combinations of years of experience and education are required: A.) a B.S. degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, ME, or equivalent) combined with 6 years of relevant post-reputed company experience OR B.) a M.S. degree in a technical discipline combined with 4 years of relevant post-reputed company experience OR reputed company PhD in a technical discipline combined with 2 years of relevant post-reputed company experience Qualifications reputed company...

• Strong programming experience in C++, Python and/or Matlab is required
• Solid understanding of robotics fundamentals, serial manipulator design, kinematics & dynamics and controls required
• Strong fundamentals in classical and safety critical control is required.

• Outstanding communication skills is strongly preferred
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, reputed company, automotive) is preferred.
• Advanced degree in Robotics, CS, EE, ME, or reputed company field is preferred.

The anticipated reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $125,000 - $201,250. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
