This role partners closely with IT/Digital Transformation (DT) teams and reputed company-line service leaders to translate operational challenges into AI-driven solutions that drive both reputed company customer-reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidate would have experience in field service processes and working across a reputed company matrixed organization. Collaboration, project management, and communication skills are key.
