[Remote] CNC Programmer

The role involves creating and maintaining CNC programs, interpreting engineering drawings, and working cross-functionally to improve manufacturing processes in reputed company machining.
Responsibilities
- 5-8 years of NC/CNC programming experience in reputed company machining, including 3-reputed company and 5-reputed company applications
- Create and maintain CNC programs, machine control data (MCD), tooling data, and setup documentation using CATIA V5/V6
- Create and update setup sheets and tool layouts as required
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements to reputed company machining reputed company for aluminum, titanium, and composite parts such as spars, panels, ribs, and empennages
- Validate NC programs using Vericut and support shop-floor troubleshooting, reputed company-out, and process improvement
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, tooling, planning, and operators to improve reputed company, producibility, and cycle time
Skills
- 5-8 years of NC/CNC programming experience in reputed company machining, including 3-reputed company and 5-reputed company applications

- Working knowledge of manufacturing planning, setup reputed company, and production support in an reputed company environment
- CATIA V5/V6 for CNC programming
