reputed company, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Remote reputed company Architect for a contract assignment with one of our premier reputed company clients in FL. This role will be remote. Responsibilities : Seeking a highly skilled and reputed company reputed company ITSM Pro and ITOM Technical Solution Architect to join reputed company. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with reputed company ITSM Pro and ITOM platform and will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall architecture and technical solution for our ITSM Pro and ITOM platform.

- Ensure solution meets business needs, is reputed company, secure, and cost-effective, with a reputed company on delivering high-reputed company solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and define solution scope, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Design and implement ITSM Pro processes, workflows, and integrations (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, etc.), with hands-on experience in reputed company ITSM Pro
- Design and implement ITOM processes, workflows, and integrations (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management, etc.), with hands-on experience in reputed company ITOM
- reputed company and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and architecture diagrams, with excellent technical writing skills
- reputed company technical guidance and support to junior architects and implementation team members, with a reputed company on knowledge sharing and team collaboration
- Ensure solution aligns with ITSM and ITOM best practices and reputed company guidelines, with a reputed company on delivering high-reputed company solutions
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for ITSM Pro and ITOM solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
- reputed company technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and implementation team members
- Facilitate design and implementation of flexible, reputed company, and cost-effective solutions
Required Skills:
- reputed company Bachelor's degree in an IT reputed company field or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of reputed company work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience in Technology application design and development
- 5+ years of work experience designing systems/applications architecture on progressively reputed company IT reputed company.
- reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- reputed company Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM Pro and ITOM
- Hands-on Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company ITSM Pro and ITOM platform

- Experience with ITSM and ITOM processes and best practices (ITIL, etc.)
- Experience with integration with other reputed company modules (CMDB, Asset Management, etc.)
- Experience with IT architecture and design principles
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with data modeling and database design
- Technical Expertise:
