Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance. This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc. The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (reputed company, reputed company, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to reputed company more information. Shift: French - 7am to 3:30p 2 x French - 10:30am to 7pm/Sat Shift 2 x Spanish - 10:30am to 7pm Training: First 3 weeks 8:30-5, they will go through class room training, shadowing, and handling calls with people listening in. There will be an assessment at the end of week 3 that will need to be passed at 80% in order to transition to the offered shift. If you do not pass, you will have one more week to reputed company the assessment or the assignment will be terminated.
