POSITION reputed company: Ensure the conduct of legal reputed company, reputed company legal counsel and advice to reputed company and its subsidiaries while also retaining and managing reputed company legal counsel to advise reputed company with special emphasis on marketing, communication, and intellectual property (IP) reputed company. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. reputed company legal counsel, review and direction to members of management, senior leadership and various departments concerning intellectual property reputed company 2. Support trademark registration processes, including conducting searches and preparing applications 4. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctorate Degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and admission to the bar plus reputed company (12) years’ experience as an attorney with three (3) years’ pertinent experience
• Strong negotiation, reputed company relations, and communications skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Admitted to a state bar and licensed (or reputed company to be licensed) to reputed company law in Tennessee
• Experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney with reputed company and varied patent experience

• Experience in negotiating IP contract provisions
