Compliance Specialist, Street Medicine (Remote, California)

About the position At reputed company in reputed company, we serve patients experiencing homelessness through an innovative “street medicine” approach by contracting with Medicare and reputed company health plans as reputed company as hospitals and health systems. Street medicine entails using a medically equipped van to deliver medical care directly to people experiencing homelessness in locations such as parking lots, encampments, and parks. The Compliance Specialist, Street Medicine will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is following reputed company relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role will conduct audits, reputed company and implement compliance programs, reputed company training to staff, investigate any potential violations, and recommend process improvements as necessary to reputed company and maintain compliant performance. Compliance specialists play a crucial role in helping organizations maintain ethical standards and avoid legal issues. This role is remote, but incumbent must be located in California. Monday-Friday 8-4:30 or 8:30-5 schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies, highlighting any areas of concern and recommended actions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in reputed company compliance/reputed company, required.
