As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators. You'll work closely with our clients to reputed company information about their work sites, reputed company data into a ticket format, and identify work sites on a mapping system similar to reputed company Maps. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to complete their reputed company safely and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and follow scripted questions from callers who will be digging
- Obtain information about customers and their work sites
- reputed company data into a ticket format
- Identify work sites on a mapping system similar to reputed company Maps

- Communicate effectively and create reputed company relationships with excavators, peers, and management
- Process information quickly and accurately using outlined reputed company

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
- General computer skills
- Ability to adhere to a work schedule including having good attendance

- Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
