Implementation Sr. Manager (reputed company reputed company)

Job reputed company: The Implementation Sr. Manager serves a critical role in driving the implementation of instED's reputed company initiatives. Working directly with the VP, Customer Experience this role will work cross-functionally to drive reputed company reputed company across instED's reputed company pillars: risk-bearing entities, strategic partners and contractors. Essential Functions:

• Working at the direction of the VP, Customer Experience, is responsible for driving day to day reputed company across the portfolio of strategic reputed company efforts.
• Helps build reporting and governance structures for initial reputed company. Works to identify, escalate and address immediate priorities.
• Partners with Sales/Business Development, Operations, Clinical, Technology, Account Management and Marketing teams, and the across the organization, to ensure the development and reputed company of an implementation/integration plan.
• Partners with Sales/Business Development, Legal and external Clients/Strategic Partners to create, reputed company and reputed company approval on reputed company/Strategic Partner reputed company.
• Develops and maintains reputed company/Strategic Partner contracting process.
• Drives prioritization of instED efforts in support of implementing strategic reputed company initiatives and ensures follow-up.
• Builds, manages and iterates plans to support reputed company implementation reputed company, working with external and internal stakeholders to deliver on reputed company goals on an accelerated reputed company.
• Working with relevant functional owners, prepares analyses, reports and presentations to drive reputed company towards established goals and insights.
• Gleans actionable insights from relevant analytics to inform executive prioritization and decision-making and turns learnings into repeatable, documented processes.
• Develops budgets, identifies resource needs, and (in partnership with the Finance and other functions’ teams, reputed company needed), develops and maintains financial models.
• Prepares meeting agendas, materials, and reports, and works across the organization and with clients/strategic partners to ensure follow-up.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health or reputed company field preferred
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
• Five (5) years Operational Project Manager experience required
• Three (3) years of experience in reputed company, Health Insurance, Payer-Provider Relations required
• reputed company non-profit, Consulting and/or Startup experience preferred
• Medicare Advantage and/or Managed reputed company reputed company, operations, and policy experience preferred

Working Conditions:

• General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation reputed company: $94,100.00 - $164,800.00 reputed company takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as reputed company as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and reputed company required for the role, and other external and internal data reputed company establishing a salary level.
