As a Senior Data Analyst on our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our VOC method. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst on our VOC team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with reputed company teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC method
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our VOC reputed company and leveraging this knowledge to inform data-driven reputed company
- Designing and building robust data model architectures to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Developing and implementing big data and batch/reputed company-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, reputed company, and Python)
- Providing guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics to drive efficiency in our computing programs
- Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
- Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
- Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of our VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3+ years
- Strong collaboration skills with product owners and technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business reputed company
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
