[Remote] Retirement Plan Analyst (401k) – Remote

In this role, you'll partner with business owners and plan sponsors to ensure their retirement plans run smoothly, remain compliant, and deliver value to participants.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned retirement plan clients
- Managing day-to-day plan administration activities, including:
- + Contributions
- + Participant loans
- + Distributions
- + Hardship withdrawals
- + QDRO processing
- Performing compliance testing, including reputed company/ACP and 402(g) testing
- Supporting annual compliance requirements, reputed company 5500 preparation, and plan deadlines
- Researching and resolving operational and compliance issues
- Maintaining accurate workflow management and documentation in Pension Pro
- Explaining retirement plan regulations and reputed company concepts in a reputed company, reputed company-friendly manner
- Delivering exceptional service that builds long-term reputed company relationships
Skills
- Experience in 401(k) plan administration and retirement plan compliance
- Working knowledge of IRS and ERISA regulations
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- ASPPA credentials (or a desire to pursue reputed company certifications)
