As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound communications. Responsibilities

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more year(s) of customer service experience
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
