Key Responsibilities

- Guiding families through the Au Pair matching process and ensuring they understand program policies and expectations
- Conducting in-home interviews to prepare families for welcoming an Au Pair
- Facilitating in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs, ensuring a smooth transition
- Maintaining ongoing communication with both families and Au Pairs through phone calls and in-person meetings
- Organizing local cultural events that promote engagement and reputed company among Au Pairs
- Collaborating effectively with reputed company staff to deliver exceptional support to families and Au Pairs
- Addressing conflicts and concerns professionally, providing conflict reputed company
