Provider Program reputed company & Integration Consultant I/II

About the position reputed company: The Provider Program reputed company & Integration Consultant facilitates the development and effective implementation of reputed company and incentive programs and reputed company. This work directly impacts the Excellus clinical provider network and member populations. As an individual contributor, this role is a combination of researcher, consultant, strategist, and analyst that facilitates the successful execution of business reputed company. Essential Accountabilities: Level I

• Develops, negotiates, administers, and maintains contracted reputed company improvement programs:
• Health plan reputed company goal and national measurement SME, including CMS, HEDIS, QARR, reputed company, CAHPS measures.
• Data mining and analysis ability to formulate solutions and narrate program value stories.
• Process improvement, reputed company reputed company trend and project leadership SME.
• Locates and submits clinical evidence/best reputed company associated with program development and implementation to inform network and vendor proposals.
• Evaluates and reports reputed company program statuses and reputed company to determine reputed company of interventions using reputed company and proxy measurement and validation.

• Participates in critical activities such as strategic planning and thought leadership at a departmental, cross functional and organization level.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business or reputed company Administration, Analytics, Project Management, or reputed company fields preferred.

• Demonstrated reputed company principles, proficiency in problem solving and reputed company tools/techniques.
