As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering information into our customer information system and other reputed company Works software. You'll work closely with our Customer Service team to ensure that reputed company data is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. This is a part-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Establishes and maintains reputed company accounts, ensuring accurate and reputed company updates
- Verifies account eligibility and accessibility, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may reputed company
- Prepares, distributes, and completes work orders, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepares files for mass customer communications, including billing statements and other notices generated in-house
- Assists with mailing billing statements and other notices, ensuring reputed company and accurate delivery

- Performs monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)
- Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist

- Excellent typing and accuracy skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
- 10-key skills testing for consideration
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
