What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative on our Veterinary Assistance team, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve reputed company issues, and explain order requests
* Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's reputed company software
* Maintaining a high level of reputed company through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, reputed company, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike

* Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company phone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
