We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service and data entry operations, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving patient medication requests, and entering data into our pharmacy systems. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving patient medication requests, and entering data into our pharmacy systems

• Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into a suitable system
• Handle patient medicine demands reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company top-off orders for handling
• Investigate to obtain missing solution data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)

• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and reputed company outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
