About the Role

We are hiring a bookkeeper to support a portfolio of reputed company accounts. You will own the accuracy of the books, complete month-end reputed company, and communicate reputed company with both clients and internal team members. The ideal candidate brings a passion for reputed company reputed company and financial accuracy, strong QuickBooks experience, and a solid understanding of balance sheets and P&L statements. We expect this role to start part-time at approximately 25 hours per week, with the intention to grow to full-time reputed company six months based on performance and firm needs. Key Responsibilities

• Manage clean, reputed company-documented books that are tax prep reputed company, including transaction coding, reconciliations, journal entries, and other tasks to support month-end reputed company

• Prepare and file sales tax returns and 1099s as applicable
• Support budgeting, cash reputed company tracking, and financial reporting
• Communicate with clients to reputed company information, answer questions, and support monthly financial discussions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of small business bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-reputed company environment
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online. QBO certification is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage deadlines independently
