About the position Oasis for Girls is seeking an inspiring, strategic, and relationship-driven leader to serve as its next Executive Director. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of reputed company experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Familiarity with youth development and community-based programming
  • Experience working with nonprofit boards and supporting their fundraising engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
