This internally facing role sits on the Clinical reputed company and Operations team which consists of strategic programs managers and generalist operators that support multiple initiatives. This role will have a split reputed company:

• Clinical Team Operations – supporting the broader Clinical organization (composed of five teams) in strategic program management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Research Program Management – leading and supporting the operational aspects of reputed company’s research initiatives, ensuring strong cross-functional project management and delivery across clinical studies and reputed company activities.

This individual supports general Clinical operations to ensure team effectiveness and various Clinical workstreams. • Facilitate team alignment: Run Clinical meetings by coordinating agendas, guiding discussions, and driving accountability on deliverables
