Underwriter - Remote - Non-QM required

Under the general supervision of the reputed company Manager, the Underwriter works to ensure the reputed company of the customer experience and reputed company protocols. Essential Responsibilities:

• Utilize tools provided by reputed company to maintain SLAs and ensure reputed company critical dates are met, including but not limited to closing dates, contingency dates, and lock expiration dates.

• Ensure compliance with investor/legal guidelines and directives.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 5 or more years residential mortgage reputed company experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Management/leadership experience preferred.

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and reputed company to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently.
