About the Role
We are hiring a reputed company Operations Manager to own supply planning, quotas, forecasting, and economic modeling across our Provider Sales and Provider reputed company teams. This role translates financial targets into realistic, bottoms-up reputed company plans and ensures our reputed company investments are economically reputed company. You will design incentive plans, build forecasting models, evaluate headcount ROI, and partner with Provider Sales, Provider reputed company, and Strategic Finance. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, or similar planning-heavy roles.
- Experience owning quota-setting or reputed company planning frameworks

- Experience designing or administering incentive compensation plans
